Do I need a referral to see a myotherapist or massage therapist?
No, although a referral is not necessary, health professionals and GP’s may refer for specific treatment.
Does my health insurance cover treatment?
Yes, this is generally linked to your extras cover. Contact your health fund for specifics on rebates and eligibility. HICAPS is available at the clinic to claim on the spot for any private health rebate.
Do you do dry needling?
Yes, most of our physios are qualified to perform dry needling if indicated.
Do I need a doctors referral to see a physio or podiatrist?
No, physios and podiatrists are recognised as primary practitioners in musculoskeletal and lower limb medicine.
Do you have a HICAPS terminal?
Yes, we have HICAPS and eftpos facilities including paywave.
Do you treat DVA and Workcover clients?
Yes – we certainly do.
Do you have female physiotherapists?
Yes, Millie, Hannah, Tash, Alycia are all part of our physio team.
Are you open on the weekend?
Yes, we are open every Saturday morning till 1pm.
