Peter has been providing musculoskeletal physiotherapy services to the bayside and southern suburbs for over 25 years.

In 1987 he established Cheltenham Physiotherapy Clinic, followed by City Baths Sports Medicine Clinic and then Pilates Bayside, with an emphasis on spinal and sports injury management.

A local to the Bayside area, Michael works in musculoskeletal, post-surgical and intensive care fields.

Experience with TAC Cup, VAFA representative teams and the Australian Defence Force in East Timor has honed Michael’s specialisations in sports injury, Mckenzie spinal therapy and post-operative management and rehabilitation.

Pat completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2006 and is currently completing his Masters of Sports Physiotherapy (due for completion 2016).

Pat has undertaken further courses in hip and groin pathology, shoulder, lower limb rehabilitation and clinical pilates. Pat has previously worked as a physiotherapist with the Parkdale Vultures and Sandringham Dragons football clubs, and is currently working with the Northern Blues in the VFL (Carlton’s VFL affiliate).

Millie was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She graduated in 2010 from the University of Buenos Aires with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.

Millie worked in musculoskeletal physiotherapy back in Argentina, and in 2014 completed her physiotherapy registration in Australia. Since coming to Australia, Millie has completed her Pilates training through DMA. She runs Clinical Pilates classes at CPC Health as well as the hydrotherapy program we offer to clients.

Natasha graduated from Griffith University in 2005 with a double degree in Physiotherapy and Exercise Science.

Natasha's education has allowed her to provide musculoskeletal expertise in management of acute and chronic pain syndromes in private practice and hospital settings. Natasha has also worked in sports rehabilitation with football and netball injuries. A mother of two young children she has a special interest in pre and post pregnancy healthcare to maximise optimal health outcomes. For the past two years Natasha has worked predominately in the clinical Pilates area, completing the Dance Medicine Australia (DMA) training program and is currently undertaking the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) certification.

Aga is certified in Physiotherapy, Manual Therapy, remedial massage and also Mat and Clinical Pilates. She completed her physiotherapy degree at the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw in 2006. Agnieszka also holds a certificate in holistic therapies including Remedial Massage, Dry Needling, Kinesio taping and Manual Therapy. With her combined qualifications, Aga became a Chartered Physiotherapist in Republic of Ireland in 2012 and uses every opportunity to improve her skills by taking part in wide range of holistic courses both in Ireland and Poland. Agnieszka devotes her professional development to those who are suffering from sporting injuries, arthritic joints, repetitive strain injuries, acute and chronic pain management, orthopaedic conditions and neck/back pain. She has experience in pre/post natal massage. Agnieszka believes that the best way to achieve a true sense of wellbeing is by combining traditional and holistic medicine and exercise. She is a DMA qualified Clinical Pilates instructor.
Dr Matthew Cotchett

Matthew is a podiatrist experienced in all facets of the profession. He obtained his undergraduate degree, with Honours, from La Trobe University in 2000 and his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Podiatry, in 2015. Matthew’s PhD focused on the effectiveness of dry needling for plantar heel pain as well as psychological factors associated with pain beneath the heel. Matthew has a major interest in the assessment and management of exercise-induced musculoskeletal disorders but also general treatment of the foot. Teaching: Matthew has 10 years’ experience as a Lecturer at La Trobe University in Melbourne. He has predominantly taught subjects that focus on musculoskeletal conditions of the foot and ankle, orthotic therapy, and biomechanics of the foot and lower limb. Matthew regularly conducts dry needling workshops to podiatrists.

Emily Periera

Emily is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a provisional Sports Dietitian, graduating from the bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science with a major in Sports Nutrition in 2008, and the Master of Nutrition & Dietetics in 2012.

Emily has worked extensively with CrossFit athletes to help them achieve both body composition and performance goals. She was also the nutritionist for the Box Hill Hawks for 3 seasons. In addition to sports nutrition, Emily has a special interest in food intolerances, especially IBS and the low FODMAP diet.

Bryce Damin

Bryce grew up in country South Australia and graduated from the University of South Australia in 2017 with a Master of Physiotherapy having previously completed a Bachelor of Health Science (honours) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement). His interest in physiotherapy came from his experience playing football in the SANFL for the South Adelaide Football Club. Bryce has moved from Adelaide to Melbourne in pursuit of being a sports and musculoskeletal physio. He has continued his studies and since completed completed training in DMA pilates and McKenzie therapy. His passion for sports injury rehabilitation and prevention and has recently lead him to work alongside the Cheltenham Amateur Swimming Club and the Old Mentonians Football Club

Emma has recently returned back to Melbourne after completing her Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University in Sydney, June 2018. She previously completed a Bachelor of Science (Human Structure and Function) at Melbourne University. Growing up, representing Victoria in basketball at a National Level, she developed an interest in physiotherapy having suffered many injuries herself, and has since had experience with working alongside local sporting clubs. While studying in Sydney, Emma found a passion for Pilates, working as a KX Pilates Instructor and completing training in APPI Clinical Pilates. She is a bright, young physiotherapist interested in the field of musculoskeletal physiotherapy and clinical pilates, with the desire to further her education in women's health.

After completing her Physiotherapy Degree at La Trobe University in 2010, Alycia gained postgraduate qualifications at Melbourne University in Exercise & Women’s Health & Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy. Alycia is passionate about returning her patients to full function using a variety of techniques including exercise, massage, mobilisation, taping, dry needling and pilates. Alycia specialises in women’s health including pre/postnatal issues including DRAM & pelvic girdle dysfunction as well as pelvic floor concerns such as incontinence, prolapse, bladder re-training. Alycia completed her pilates equipment & mat qualifications through Dance Medicine Australia. Area of Interest: Women’s Health, Pre/Post Natal Pilates & Physiotherapy, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Sports & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
